My name is Paula Dirkes and I've written a couple books on my youth mentoring experience over the last 8 years. Currently my books are digital, downloadable books and available through a website. I am getting some great feedback online and offline from mentoring organizations that my 2nd book MENTORrific Success Stories: Inspiring Stories from Youth Mentors & Mentees is a great recruitment/training tool - especially if it was in print.
